Inquiry & Initial Details
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll check our calendar to ensure availability for your wedding date. You can expect a response within 24 hours requesting more information about your event.

Consultation
Once we’ve gathered more information, we’ll reach out to set up a consultation with you. We’ll discuss the details, ensure that we’re a good fit, and begin to work on an estimated budget. Consultations are available in person or via video chat.
Prior to our meeting, we’ll have you send us ALL the inspo! We want to see your Pinterest board(s), inspiration images, and anything else that will help us understand your wedding vision. During your consultation, we’ll refine your inspiration and compile a list of floral options based on seasonality and your desired style.

Estimate
Within 7-10 days of your consultation, you will receive a visual proposal with pricing, valid for 30 days. We will hold your date for 7 days after sending your proposal. After this time your date is no longer secure without a deposit.

Deposit & Contract
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking. If needed, additional research and details of floral designs on your proposal will commence after your deposit is paid. Once your deposit is received, your booking is secured!

Finalizing & Design
We will be in touch with you 4 weeks prior to your wedding date to check in, finalize your floral choices, confirm quantities, and discuss logistics. In the meantime, we welcome you to email any new details or inspiration you may find.
Your final balance is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding day. On the day of your wedding, we will take care of the design logistics as discussed during planning, ensuring you have the beautiful florals you dreamed of for your big day!
